Prices and Payment

Orders

Shipping and Fulfillment

Orders are shipped from fulfillment facilities located in China.
After shipment, estimated delivery is generally up to 10 business days, meaning an order may require approximately up to 15 business days in total from ordering to delivery under normal circumstances.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs, carriers, weather, local disruptions, peak periods, incorrect addresses, and circumstances outside our reasonable control can cause delays.

International Orders
Dog Is Love currently serves customers in:
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.
Applicable taxes, import requirements, customs charges, or similar obligations may vary by destination and will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the information displayed during checkout.
90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Eligible products are protected by our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, beginning on the date of delivery.
Products may qualify even if they have been opened or used.
Approved refunds do not require the customer to physically return the product.

Subscriptions
Certain products may be available as one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions.
Before completing a subscription purchase, the applicable price, billing frequency, and other material subscription details will be displayed during the purchase process.
Subscriptions renew automatically according to the frequency selected by the customer unless canceled before the next scheduled billing date.
Customers may cancel subscriptions before their next billing date without a cancellation penalty.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically reverse a charge or order that has already been processed.
